How do I join the email list?
Open Join the list, enter your email and choose the newsletter consent checkbox. No password or purchase is required. This version stores the signup but does not automatically send email campaigns.
Do newsletter membership and store accounts mean the same thing?
No. The email list is for optional beauty and product updates. A separate password-protected store account keeps your basket, orders and store credit. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.
Can I buy the sample products?
No. Sample listings are illustrations for the store setup. The owner must replace them with real product details and enable checkout before sales can begin.
How do products become an order?
Choose a real, available product, add it to your basket and complete checkout. The placed order appears in My orders. Adding a product alone does not create an order.
How does the wallet work?
It holds internal store credit. A top-up request does not increase the balance until the owner verifies the actual payment. All credits, payments and eligible wallet refunds are recorded in the ledger.
Is online card payment connected?
No. This version supports store-credit checkout and, once configured by the owner, manual payment with verification. It never asks for card details or banking passwords.
How can I unsubscribe?
Use the personal unsubscribe link provided in a newsletter, or contact the owner. The owner can mark your email as unsubscribed in the subscriber list.
Is the ritual finder a skin diagnosis?
No. It is a general lifestyle starting point based on your routine preferences. Follow product labels and seek qualified advice about personal skin concerns.
