Before you order
Check the product information, available stock and total shown at checkout. Sample listings are blocked from purchase. The store starts closed until the owner enables real listings and checkout.
Shipping price and destination
A configured flat shipping charge is shown on product, basket and checkout pages. The owner must confirm supported destinations and delivery arrangements before accepting orders. Delivery dates are not automatically calculated by this website.
Payment and status
Wallet orders are paid only when verified store credit is successfully deducted. Manual-payment orders remain awaiting payment until the owner independently verifies receipt. No online payment gateway is connected in this version.
Cancel an unpaid order
Open My orders, choose your unpaid order and use Cancel unpaid order. The reserved stock is then returned to availability.
Paid orders and refunds
Contact the owner promptly with your order number. An eligible wallet-paid order cancelled by an administrator before shipping is refunded once to the same store wallet. A refund for an externally paid order must be handled through the original payment channel; the website does not send money to a bank or card.
Returns and product concerns
Use the contact page to request return instructions and a return address before sending an item. Describe the product and order number. Keep packaging and any evidence relevant to a delivery or product issue. Statutory rights applicable to your purchase remain available.
Store launch details
The operator must publish its actual trading identity, return address, supported destinations and applicable delivery and return conditions before opening checkout. No invented address or delivery promise is used here.
